Cancelation Policy
All the bookings are eligible for free cancelation up to 72 hours prior to the event.
Please keep in mind that Stripe’s and PayPal’s fees on the original payment (2,5-3,5%) will not be returned in case of a refund. We can only refund the full amount that we received. If the reservation was cancelled on our end and/or due to the weather/ surf conditions we will cover the transaction fee amount and issue a full refund.
If you would like to reschedule for another date/time please contact us at least 24 hours before the tour.
If you would like to reschedule within less than 24 hours prior to the event there will be a $20 per person rescheduling fee applied.
We allow up to 15 minutes leeway. Participants who are more than 15 minutes late would not be allowed to attend the tour. There are absolutely no refunds or rescheduling available after the tour starts.
