Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy


At Surf School Fun Surf LA, we strive to provide the best surfing experience for all our participants. We understand that plans can change, and we have developed the following cancellation and rescheduling policy to accommodate such situations while ensuring the smooth operation of our classes and sessions.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation by Participant:

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 72 hours before your scheduled session to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund. If the booking is made less than 72 hours before the lesson it is considered as final sales.

  • Cancellation by Fun Surf LA:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a session due to weather conditions, instructor availability, or any other unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.

Rescheduling Policy:

  • Rescheduling by Participant:

If you wish to reschedule your session, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Rescheduling less than 24 hours prior to the event is not allowed. If the booking is made less than 24 hours before the lesson, the reservation is not entitled for a rescheduling or a refund.

  • Rescheduling by Fun Surf LA:

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. In cases where we need to reschedule a session due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, participants will be offered alternative session times or dates.

No-Show Policy:

  • Participant No-Show:

Participants who fail to show up for their scheduled session without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling without exception. We allow up to 15 minutes leeway. Participants who are more than 15 minutes late would not be allowed to attend the lesson and considered as no show.

Booking Changes:

  • Changing Group Size:

If you plan to change the number of participants in your group, please inform us as soon as possible. Changes to group size may affect availability and session arrangements.

To request a cancellation or rescheduling, please contact our customer service team through the provided contact details on our website or booking platform. Please provide your booking reference number and relevant details to expedite the process.
